Top 10 Christmas Planepack present ideas
Christmas presents are Planepack simple
I've looked through Planepack posts and selected a range of products for your easy Christmas shopping. From shampoo to skorts, mugs and travel bags, there's something at Planepack to please everyone.
Airpocket
Conceived and designed in Canberra, Airpocket is the perfect pouch for your next flight. Made from stretch neoprene, Airpocket fits neatly into the seat pocket in front of you. As well as on board, I used my Airpocket for two weeks in Japan: it was perfect for daily light travel - and saved my having to travel with more than one handbag.

Bose headphones
Cocoon yourself on your next flight with a pair of wireless headphones. My Bose headphones fold up into their own little travel bag. They look good enough to wear any time, not just for travel, so use them in the office, at the shops, or just at home doing your regular chores.

- How much: Starting at $499
BOOM!
These cosmetic sticks are ideal for travel: compact and cleverly designed, they're like lipstick for your cheeks and brows - and even your cleavage! I used mine recently on a domestic trip and I loved the glamour and quality they added to my face and skin.

- How much: Starting at $116 for the three-pack sticks
Lush shampoo bars
Liquid cosmetics are not practical: they can leak into your bag; you have to make sure the quantity conforms to airline rules and regulations; and they're heavy. In contrast, Lush shampoo bars - compact shampoos - are light; don't leak; and at very least, make your bag smell terrific.
- Where to buy: Lush cosmetics
- How much: $14.95
Clinique travel mirror
I used my compact travel mirror/brush set for ten years before finally replacing it. This light, foldable and practical brush is perfect for travel as it fits neatly into any small toiletry bag - and the brush is surprisingly efficient.
- Where to buy: Not always easy to find. I bought mine at eBay but I see they're available elsewhere as well.
- How much: About $35
Scholl Flight Socks
My best discovery to ward off any swelling in my ankles due to long haul flights is to wear compression socks. These flesh-coloured Scholl socks look good, but more importantly, they minimise any uncomfortable or dangerous swelling.
- Where to buy: Your local pharmacy or eBay.
- How much: $29.99
Spotify subscription
Give a subscription as a gift that keeps on giving! Download Spotify songs and albums to make your own playlists - or select from Spotify curated lists. I listen to my own preferred music choice for long haul flights, car trips, or just relaxing around the house.
- Where to buy: Spotify website
- How much: From $9.99/month upwards
Travel yoga skort
I think a skort - combination skirt and short - is perfect for travel. Avoid any chaffing in hot climates; make clambering over scenic settings stress free - and still look good for early evening drinks at the seaside cafe. This skirt has the added advantage of concealed pockets for your phone or wallet.

- How much: $115
